Spanish prosecutors have called for Barcelona forward Neymar to be sent to prison for two years for his part in a corruption case over his transfer from Brazilian club Santos in 2013.
Judge Jose Perals also called for a five-year sentence for former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell and a fine of 8.4million euros (£7.2m) for the club.
It asked to drop charges against current president Josep Maria Bartomeu.
Rosell, Neymar and his father are set to stand trial.
Under the Spanish legal system, prison terms of under two years are typically suspended.
Spanish prosecutors are seeking a prison term of more than 10 years for former Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o for alleged tax crimes committed when he played for the Catalan club.
In addition to a sentence of 10 years and six months, prosecutors are also demanding a fine of $15.1 million for the four counts of tax fraud for supposedly defrauding Spain's tax authority of almost $4 million from 2006-09, according to court documents released Thursday.
Prosecutors are seeking the same punishment for the player's representative at the time, Jose Maria Mesalles Mata.
The administrator of a company that facilitated the deals, Manuel de Jesus Lastre Abreu, is facing more than six years in prison and a fine of $2.3 million.
Prosecutors also want Eto'o to relinquish any possible fiscal incentives for a long period.

The Los Angeles Police Department visited the rapper as part of a disturbance call at about 1:20 PST, Variety reported citing a source. Authorities discovered a “medical emergency” and West was transferred to the hospital by paramedics.
The alleged hospitalization comes just a few days after the rapper made statements onstage about how he "would have voted for Donald Trump” before abruptly ending his Sacramento concert.
A representative for the rapper said Monday the remaining dates of West's current tour have been canceled. No reason was given.

The horrific execution took place in Mosul, according to the United Nations, where a fierce battle is being fought between Iraqi forces and the terror group. This latest mass execution was reportedly carried out as a punishment for ‘treason’. Another man in the centre of the city was shot dead in public as well, after reportedly flouting Isis’s ban on mobile phones. A further 20 civilians were also shot dead on Wednesday evening at the Ghabat military base in northern Mosul, the UN added, because they had supposedly leaked information. According to Amnesty International, on Thursday men dressed in federal police tortured and killed six residents of villages south of Mosul, accusing them of being linked to Isis. However, the federal police have denied any involvement in the crimes.
